At BLOCH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your dancewear or shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused items back in their original BLOCH packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and shoe boxes are protected.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass quality inspection.
